Tray Series

The tray series includes F1 float valve tray, guided valve tray, solid valve tray, bubble cap tray, sieve plate tray, sieve hole tray, double overflow tray, and high-efficiency anti-blocking tray.

The tray is one of the main components of the plate tower. It is a component that realizes heat and mass transfer. The tray is composed of trays, down comers, overflow weirs, fasteners and supports.

Appearance feature

There are also two types of trays: monolithic type and segmented type. Generally, when the tower diameter is 300~800mm, the monolithic type is used; when the tower diameter is greater than 800mm, the segmented type can be used. The segmented tray plates mostly adopt self-beam type or trough type, and self-beam type is commonly used.
